Week of March 20, 2011...Was our vacation week.
The family along with my mother in law took a trip to
Orlando Florida to visit Mickey Mouse. The land of Magic...
Disney World!
This was the kids first visit. They had a blast.
My son (Will) really amazed me and was loving the roller coaster rides
that they had. He even rode Space Mountain!
My daughter enjoyed getting made up like Cinderella...it was her
birthday present from us.
The poor thing towards the end tho got sick and was throwing up the day before we left. She is fine now.
We did a lot of the character dining meals and had a blast.
I will post some pictures later on.
Week of March 27, 2011...
We got home that Saturday from our trip to DW.
We had a wonderful time.
Sunday we basically just relaxed and enjoyed ourselves.
I did do a bit of laundry from vacation.
Monday, was the same..the kids had off from school still and I
finished up my laundry.
Tuesday, was the kids day back at school. I kept Emily home because she was still feeling a bit icky.
Wednesday, I plan on sending both kids to school. I want to make it
the gym. Its suppose to rain today as well.
Thursday, is school, gym, dance class, and baseball practice. More rain in our future too. Not sure how much cleaning I will get done today.
Friday, we'll be taking Emily to get her shots and out to eat where ever she would like to go.
Saturday, family day.
Sunday, church and a birthday party.
Week of February 29, 2011...
Outside my window today it was in the high 70's and partly cloudy.
Our family is on the mend and we just have runny noses now.
Sunday, we went to church, had lunch with nana, and took a few pictures around town of the kids and Flat Stanley for our cousin up in New York.
Monday, I ended up volunteering at the kids school in Will's class. Afterward, I went to Target and got my free bottle of excederin after coupons. :) I also went to Publix to buy a few groceries we needed till the end of the week. Emily had dance class that afternoon.
Tuesday, we have school, and I plan on going to the gym. I also need to go buy Will some shoes for Baseball. His first practice is Thursday night.
Will has piano lessons that afternoon too.
Wednesday, is just school and gym..nothing going on that day!
Thursday, will be school and my doctor's appt. for my arthritis in my hands. Nana will be going with me. We'll have lunch with Emily. That day is also Irish Dance class. That night will be Will's first baseball practice. He is so excited.
Friday, is weight watchers meeting and will go to Target to buy a few things.
Saturday, will be baseball practice and not sure what else we will do.
Week of February 20, 2011...
Outside my window it is beautiful!!! We are having 70 degree weather now.
My family has been struck by the virus again. So far my son and myself
have been sick this week.
This week we have been busy going to school, doing chores, and of course
that never ending laundry.
My mother in law, myself, and Emily ate lunch at Bagel Bagel today, it was okay
I guess but pricey. We ended up going to Target afterward. She bought Will
some shorts that he needs badly for this spring and summer.
Wednesday, I will be going to my first knitting meeting. I am so excited!!
My mother in law will be coming over on Thursday this week because
we have to take Emily to get her yearly physical since she turned 5 years old
this month. She will be getting shots...poor baby. I dread it.
Friday, is our weight watchers meeting. I am really starting to get into the meetings.
Week of Valentine's Day....
Outside my window it was a cool 40 degrees this morning,
but later in the day it was 60 degrees and sunny.
I have missed the sun!
This morning we woke up and got dressed to shoes and
had our breakfast as a family. We exchanged
Valentine day cards too.
After dropping the kids off at school, I managed
to do a grocery run to Publix for a few groceries
before my mother in law came to spend the day with us.
I spent most of the day out with my mother in law getting
my blood work and x rays done on my hands. I may
have arthritis and I see a doctor on March 3rd.
Anyways, we spent the morning doing this and ended up
going to JC Penny's to see what they had on sale.
The kids had a wonderful day at school with their
Valentine parties they had.
For supper we had Roast beef, green beans, rice-a-roni,
and rolls. For desert we had cupcakes from Publix.
We're winding down for the evening now and the kids are
in bed.
